Very informative and questions were simple. I enjoyed the vibe I received from the manager and was told the different benefits when working at SiJCP. She somewhat prepared me for the different learning techniques I would encounter and made sure I felt comfortable with the salary being offered.

How do you feel about working in an environment where you have to be personal with some clients regarding skin and complexion?
Phone call interview, in person interview with a supervisor, and then an in person interview with a manager or the store director. They are trying to look at your personality, see if you can connect easily
Tell me about yourself and why you want this job. Asked 5 questions total. Many of them seemed like follow-up questions to my answers to the first two. It was very casual interview

Entrevista
It was very nice and the interviewer was very helpful. The interviewer asks very personal questions that allow them to see what makes you stand out from other applicants. They want very unique people to allow their company to be very diverse and accepting towards everyone.
