You will have a one on one with a manager and discuss your experience/beauty knowledge and favourite brands. You’ll then need to do a practical interview where you apply makeup on either someone you bring in or one of the team to assess your skill. It will take about 60 mins and they’ll let you know on the day what kind of look to do (everything besides brushes will be provided).
