There were two interviews. The whole process took about 3 weeks and everyone was really nice. I felt really comfortable during the interview. The first one lasted about 45 minutes and the second one lasted about 35.

Why do you want to work here? What are your greatest weaknesses?
Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.

Entrevista
10 minute call over the phone, asked maybe around 10 ish common interview questions. Relatively easiy interview process and then they ask about availability, right to work, etc. at the end.
During the group interview process, all participants were asked the same set of structured questions. These included questions about industry knowledge, customer service skills, and several realistic scenario-based problem-solving situations.
