I had applied for a manager position at a store in So Cal. I received an email indicating that my qualifications were stellar but I wasn’t being moved through the interview process based on my preferred schedule. I was encouraged to re-apply if my schedule availability changed. I applied for another manager position but was declined with no specific reason. Based on these inconsistencies, I would not consider a career with Sephora despite my extensive experience, education, and skill sets that would have been an asset to the organization. Very poor and inconsistent hiring practices!
