The interview process was pretty easy. Mostly just asking basic interview questions. But they also ask you why Sephora out of all the places to work. The interview maybe lasted about 20 minutes then I heard from them the next day.
Interview process was very straightforward with follow up calls and scheduling happening very consistently and within a couple of weeks. The questions felt client - oriented and applicable to the role.

I was given a single interview with very basic questions. I have seen the store give group interviews so be prepared for that. So long as you sound confident, show passion, and practice giving answers to basic questions and prepare to give examples in situations related to customer service, you're doing better than most.

It was a group interview and it had like 8 people. We went around in circles. The person interviewing was sweet. It did not have anything to do with makeup but a lot to do with customer service
