This is for a Sephora inside a JCPenney. My initial communication was with the manager of Sephora who suggested I fill out an interview online in the store for Sephora. I did that, including my resume with the online process. I was called back for an interview within a few days by Sephora's manager. The manager explained Sephora's practices to me, was happy with my experience and told me what my hours and position would be. She told me the next step would be a call from JCPenney's store manager. Within two weeks I received a call from Sephora's manager telling me that JCP's store manager filled the position from within the store.

None. All questions were based on working as a team, working with the other girls, how Sephora is a team effort.
Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.

Entrevista
10 minute call over the phone, asked maybe around 10 ish common interview questions. Relatively easiy interview process and then they ask about availability, right to work, etc. at the end.
During the group interview process, all participants were asked the same set of structured questions. These included questions about industry knowledge, customer service skills, and several realistic scenario-based problem-solving situations.
