It was very clear during the interviews with the six different cast members that everyone enjoyed working for Sephora. The interviews were more like a conversation with a friend or family member than an actual interview. Everyone was a pleasure to talk with and they displayed the characteristics that Sephora represents as a company. The culture of the company was shared by each individual and their goal was to make sure the person they were hiring was going to fit into the Sephora enviroment and culture.
