Was very misleading once getting the job. They acted like it would be answering the phone greeting the customer and transferring them over. Like a switch board. Was not the case one getting the job.

Through zoom, they could see me I could hear but not see them. Was very strange. Very little information about what the company actually did. Ended up being a medicare call center, which the interview process and exam did not show.
