One phone interview and one in person interview.
I was subject to a background check. There was no drug test required. I also needed to show proof of car insurance.
This was very easy. If you are an experienced manager with good conflict resolution skills you will be fine. You need to be a CMCA to profess in your career. However, if you do not have this starting off they give you 1 year to do so.
