I created a detailed presentation based on a previous project I worked on, including technical details and explanations of the data flows, how data points were collected, and the integration architecture. The questions were mostly focused on understanding the data points, how data is captured, and how systems interact. All the interviewers were welcoming and the conversations felt positive. The presentation discussion went well, and most of the follow-up questions were related to the technical implementation and data handling in the project. However, after completing the final interview loop, I received a generic rejection email shortly afterward with no feedback. Considering the amount of time invested—including preparing a custom proof of concept and a one-hour presentation—the lack of constructive feedback was disappointing. I requested feedback and only received a short response 2 weeks later stating they were looking for someone with more customer-facing experience, despite the positive conversations during the process. Overall Impression: The interview process required a large time investment but ultimately lacked transparency and meaningful feedback. Candidates are asked to prepare detailed presentations and technical explanations, yet the outcome was a generic rejection with minimal explanation. While the interviewers themselves were professional and welcoming, the overall process felt frustrating due to the time commitment and the absence of useful feedback afterward.

HR Screen, HM with a quick technical demo, HackerRank, and then final round consisted of technical panel demo, behaviorals, and technical aptitude test. I think what made it difficult was how long it was but overall everyone I interviewed with acknowledged how long the final round was so at the very least they're aware what they're asking of you.
