The interviewers were professional, but the overall hiring process lacked communication and follow-through. After multiple interviews, I was told I would receive an update within a few days, but no update was ever provided despite follow-ups. Candidates invest time preparing and interviewing, so clearer communication and timely closure would greatly improve the experience.

It was good, straight forward. Tell me about yourself? What is your previous experience? Describe a challenge you faced? How you handle conflicts with in your team? How you handle multitasking?
