The interview process for an SDR position in the Amsterdam office was very positive. The member of TA that I worked with, Francesca, was in close contact with me consistently throughout the process. She was very transparent to me about next steps and expectations the entire time.
The interview process itself consisted of 3 interviews, one with TA, one with the team lead and a final onsite interview that incorporated meeting the team lead, manager of the team and a live cold-calling session. I really liked the interview steps as it allowed me to meet with everyone in person that I would be directly reporting to and working alongside. Having the final cold calling interview onsite also allowed me to see what the office was like, get an overall impression of the working conditions, and meet with more (soon to be) colleagues.
Throughout the entire interview process I felt that everyone was very transparent and consistent with their communication. Everyone I met so far came across very friendly and welcoming as well. Overall it was a very positive experience for me.

I was contacted by them. From the very beginning of the recruitment process, I was treated with respect and genuine interest in my professional experience and skills. The steps were clear, and the salary, benefits, and role conditions were explained transparently. I highly recommend Sensorfact!

Really organized, each step is well explained and everything is made to feel comfortable, 4 steps process with calls and in person last interview, a case study to prepare and a fake cold calling test situation
Applied through linked in, got a phone call from the recruiter, scheduled an interview which followed by an automated rejection email 3 days later. The interviewer seemed very unenthusiastic and felt like he didn’t even want to be there, it was the most unpleasant interview I have ever had. Perhaps, might seem like there is low motivation in this company and the interviewers that are supposed to attract you to their team, seem that they don’t even want to be there themselves, the person that interviewed me, was very unprofessional and bored. From the beginning of the interview, this guy didn’t even crack a smile once. I’m glad I didn’t get the job because I felt as if I was bothering him that he has to spend time interviewing me. If you’re going to be interviewing new potential hires, at least show some kind of excitement, some professionalism, some enthusiasm about the role. This company gives me the impression that there is a lot of bullying going in the workplace, because the employees working there are unhappy themselves. I don’t recommend wasting your time interviewing with this company as not even the interviewer wants to hear what you have to say.
