Phone interview with internal recruiter. Next steps provided as well as great feedback that I had all of the competencies the role required and needed. I then was surprised to receive an email that I would not be considered going forward. I replied asking for the reason why and was told I did not have the proper background for the role. Wow is all I can say. From a professional in this space, my advice would be to make sure candidates are given the proper feedback and honest disposition especially at the executive level roles. Very disappointing experience.
