They got my resume from my graduate program office. The interview process started with a phone interview that was really just getting to know me. Then there was a behavioral interview that lasted about an hour. The final interview was a webcast with two "principles" in the company. I felt like the web interview was awkward. The feed back they gave me was that I was not "polished" enough. I am not sure what that means but take it for what it is worth.
