Call with Team Members ( Junior Magicians ) Wierd and Funny overall experience because they seem to be calling themselves as some magicians and house of talent when clearly that's not an approach working for them. So many people have left the company from HR Team something like 70% loss of people in 1 year and still you call yourself Magicians ? No clear processes at work and everyday is adhoc solving problems without any guidelines just your guts. These all information was told to me on an interview and very proudly
