I had a first interview with an HR who was very generic about my background. After I had a second interview with the Manager who was clear immediately that I didnt qualify for the position, so I was pretty surprised as she didnt discover nothing more or less that you could see by my cv. According to her, I couldnt qualify for the position as I didnt work previously in a Software company, but that was pretty clear just checking my cv before planning any interview. The second interview was less than 20 minutes long
