I did not agree with some parts of the feedback on the take-home assignment, but did not consider it necessary to explain since they had already rejected me despite the generally positive feedback. I got the impression that they are short on money, the recruiter didn’t tell me their salary range (red flag) and reacted quite negatively to the amount I asked for which was pretty average for the market & position
