First video call was rushed, no connection was made, I was just a chore that needed to be done that day. Not surprisingly, no second convo. Not a single question apart from salary and preferred start date was asked.

I was contacted on LinkedIn with a job offer for the Office Manager position at SemRush. I did the interview on Thursday and the women I had the interview with, told me that the following Monday she would give feedback to the hiring team and contact me for another interview.
On Friday I received an email from her rejecting me as a candidate.
I found it strange, as she had told me that the person she was supposed to give the feedback to was on holiday and would be back on Monday. I understand that I may not be the best fit for the position and the company, but what I found wrong is that once I replied to that email asking her for feedback from the interview with what I could improve in the future, she never replied. I wrote to her again after two weeks through her LinkedIn profile and she never wrote back either.
