Great conversation that went well and was very pleasant. The interviewer cut to the chase and discussed salary right away after hearing about my history and experience. Interviewer didn't want to continue the interview process if I wasn't ok with a lower than industry salary/benefits package so I politely listened and then declined a second interview.
