I submitted my application through Indeed and received an email/phone call from the HR manager very quickly (within 24 hours). She asked me to come in for what I assumed would be an initial screening. She described the details of the job, ran over my resume, and the entire process was more conversational than an "interview". She then had me meet with the sales manager who administered a quick and very easy computer skills and math skills test. Within an hour I was presented with an offer letter.
