I applied online, got an email with a few days, had an interview with the recruiter and was then told I needed to complete this very robust task, which took several days of my time to complete. After I submitted it, it wasn't even acknowledged when I turned it in, and I had to follow up multiple times to see where I was at in the interview process. I received very minimal responses, and was told I would be followed up with, but then radio silence. Honestly, it's ridiculous of a company to ask you to complete such a robust task that early on in an interview, but I suppose they are probably just trying to get your ideas for free anyway. Steer clear and don't waste your time.
