Fizzbuzz in C# using the test case framework. 2 part interview (technical and non-technical) It was on time and not a terrible process. You also take a tour of the building and briefly get shown each cubical and what that team does.

      Entrevista

Read the negative interview experiences before heading to the interview and tried to take them with a grain of salt. From the phone screen seemed like a good company to work for. Pleasant chatting with HR in phone screen about career goals and direction of the company. Office space was nice enough, plenty of employees in the office to create a decent company culture. Interview was a different beast. One of the interviewers rubbed me the wrong way. Was inattentive and made rude comments. Walked away from the interview upset, and after reflection realized I did not need to subject myself to working for a person like that, so I later dropped out of the running. Technical aspect of the interview involved unit testing in C#. Make sure to review unit testing since most of the rigor was creating class methods and invoking them properly. Actual rigor of "leetcode problem" was extremely easy. When invited for a second interview I stated I was no longer interested and was welcome to provide feedback. HR asked for the feedback so I told them as professionally as possible how one of the interviewers was rude in the interview and represented the type of manager I would not want to work for. As you may suspect they replied in complete defense of this employee and even tried to make me feel remorse by saying the team was so happy to meet me and wanted to give me an offer. Ultimately didn't matter since my mind was made up that I couldn't work for a manager of that demeanor. Overall, seems like a decent place to get your start out of college. Due to the geographic location, tech stack, and pay, I feel that they will hire most CS graduates with a propensity to learn and work! If it weren't for this one person I would have worked at this company!
