I was referred by a friend. I completed the assessments, application, and had an interview for KS/Tiburon. Everything seemed fine, but then after the interview, my recruiter sent me an email asking me if I wanted to do the interview. I was shocked because she was the one who scheduled my interview and I did it and the manager said he would inform her that I was a good fit. After that I never heard back from anyone nor did I receive a breakdown on the commission or bonuses they pay during training or production. Not to mention the manager who did my interview didn't know the figures himself. All of that made me feel this company is not professional and very disorganized. After reading reviews it looks like they have been going downhill after changes in management...too bad.

I found the hiring process to be respectful. The recruiter was upfront and knowledgeable. In addition, the recruiter also followed up and provided necessary materials. Overall a good experience and recommended
