Had an interview with the regional supervisor who described the job description, all the company perks, etc. after the in-person interview was called for hire a couple of days later and went through the company policy of drug testing and background check which they payed for and had to do a physical test of lifting and pulling a cart of about 50 lbs. (the average weight of totes). Then was given a start of 2 days later with my area seasoned merchandiser and some training with the super himself for about 2 weeks.
