The interview process for this company was a fairly quick process and mostly over the phone including salary negotiation. I participated in an in-person interview at the facility I would be working at. After contract was signed I was required to get a TB test, background search and drug screening. I was also required to fill out paperwork online which took a couple of hours to complete.
