I returned a recruiter's message only to be passed onto another's hands for the standard generic callous response: "is your email xxx? I will send you an application and you'll be registered." The conversation lasted less than two minutes of the recruiter's precious time. There were no in-depth conversation to inquire of my career goals or objective or any specific professional details. How does one better serve candidates without learning what that person is seeking? A complete total stranger do not possess the empath power to sense what exactly I hope to achieve for my career goal(s).
