I applied online via linkedin. I was then invited by the HR team to interview with the hiring manager. During the interview there was a big negative focus on why my career was so varied. I was also told that the role wouldn't be expected to deliver value for at least 18 months. This really highlighted the culture, pace and ways of working at Seiko UK. I didn't progress any further and it was for the best.
