Contacted initially via external recruiting firm; As mentioned the call was unscheduled and at an odd hour of the night. It was also prolonged to the point where I felt I was being screened for other factors related to my environment. This is understandable but the approach is questionable. Also 1 1/2 hour unscheduled pre-screen is unreasonable especially at 8 pm in the evening...

Entrevista
I felt the interview was fairly standard compared to others. The interviewer was very personable and ensured they answered all questions thoroughly. The follow-up to the interview was slower than anticipated.

Interview was interesting. We began in a large group and were introduced to the company. Then we broke off into smaller groups for a brief introduction. Then we went individual with two hiring specialists. Honestly, the one was more interested in talking about his experience vs mine.

Entrevista
The in person interview lasted one hour with the first half getting to know each other and the second half answering behavioral style questions. It was a good experience overall.
