I recieved a call and was asked questions. I answered everything asked. I then asked the appropriate questions, not realizing at the time I should have asked more detailed questions.
About a week later I was hired

your asked the basic questions....experience, policy knowledge, prior job experience. You in turn ask questions and the answers you are given are not the whole truth. A lot of what the job entails is left out

I Got a call/email from hiring manager after applying within a day or so and had interview a few days later. Did not end up getting job but they communicated this with me promptly.

The interview process was very straightforward just like any other one. I will send a link to set up a time. It was all done video and only lasted about 20 minutes. I was told that just like any other interview I will receive a call if I got it or receive an email if not. However, I never received anything. I even reached out to the ladies who interviewed me via email and they told me that they will look into it, but I never heard anything back from anyone.
