Received a phone call detailing the position. Had a 10-15 minute phone interview about basic job skills, knowledge of company, etc. Was given a date to go in for a face-to-face interview the next week. Group/panel interview consisted of basic interview questions and took about 20-30 minutes. Was told that a decision would be made within the next week or so. Received a rejection via email about a week and a half after the interview.
Phone call from recruiter, simple interviewed with potential supervisor, then 2nd interview with supervisor and manager. Basic questions about self and work history , not the typical behavioral style. Heard back within a week.
The interview process was a recorded session, that asks various personality questions and work situation experiences. Your answers are recorded. It was simple and they even give you time to practice your answer.

Entrevista
It was a normal interview with manager and supervisor. The interview went well. It was not intimidating. They asked normal interview questions, nothing tricky. They get back to you with a decision quickly.
