Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Securus Payments (Portland, OR) en mar 2016
Entrevista
Walked in for my first interview and waited 20 minutes only to find out I was double booked with another candidate and they weren't showing me on their schedule. They wanted me to come back which was already a warning sign. Then when I proved it to her by showing her the email sent to me confirming she agreed to let me interview. Since they double booked themselves, the previous office manager (who had already given notice) pulls me into a conference room and completely breaks down in front of me. She apologizes for the scheduling issues, tells me the place is disorganized and stressful and she's leaving because she is 20 years old and wants to have a life. I don't blame her. Long story short, I did two days worth of working interviews and killed it, the trainer said I was doing great. Fast forward to day number two, and after they said you could ask any questions you want and fed me the "we are here to help you succeed" line, the ONLY 2 people to ask questions during the working interview were the ones not selected, including myself. Most of the working interview is you taking calls in front of the other candidates and staff while they can hear your responses on the headset and critique them. You have to be ready to perform on the spot and probably won't want too interview here if you have any kind of anxiety. They make it clear when you are interviewing that it is a very "clique-ish" environment that has 40+ women there and only 4 male employees. Do not ask questions and do not trust them!

They only asked me about my availability and when I could start. During the working interview process they asked me about scheduling 2 more times.
Sorry, this is not for Securus Payments. This is for another company, Securus Contact Systems! They are a virtual receptionist office. We do Credit Card Processing here.
