I had a disappointing experience with the HR team during the interview process. Right from the start, the interaction felt rushed and impersonal. The HR representative seemed preoccupied and in a hurry, which made the conversation feel transactional rather than engaging. The interview began with a behavioral assessment that felt oddly structured and lacked clarity. The questions were delivered in a robotic manner, and there was little effort to create a welcoming or professional atmosphere. It was difficult to get a sense of the company culture or what they were actually looking for in a candidate. Overall, the interaction left a negative impression. The lack of courtesy, poor communication, and hurried tone from HR made me question whether this company values its people. Based on this experience, I would not be interested in pursuing a role here. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one did not inspire any confidence in the organization or its hiring process.
