In person interview with 2 people. The building was very beautiful. The interviewers explained the job description very well. I asked lots of questions, and there seemed to be a shift in demeanor when I asked about salary. They heavily promoted the potential commission I would earn and lived my sales experience, but ultimately admired they did not have a strong base pay.
