Post interview advise is very very unclear. All HR parties who got in touch for a second interview keeps on rescheduling - no definitive answer or timeline after months. HR specifically ghosts candidates and shifts blame on other hiring parties. No email/messages despite trying to get in touch. Unprofessional method of catching candidates and ghosting; which seems to be a norm at SC & SIDC. Did not expect this behavior in a well known company.
