I had a phone screening with a nice recruiter, then they sent several assessments for me to take. I’ve interviewed and applied with countless companies. None made me take a cognitive assessment. I have multiple degrees. If you can’t tell that I’m adequate cognitively for this role, then maybe YOU need the assessment.
