Brief phone interview going over my past experiences regarding working, casual conversations, and then briefly describing pay and job sites. Interviewer also went over my education and if i had any certifications in CPR or Medical aid. Proceeded to tell me about the training programs.
The interview process was done via phone call and was simply to get a grasp on what experience you have and what you are after. Email -> Resume request -> Phone call -> Training.
Very easy and friendly process and they were kind to explain everything and what to expect in this job and the core principal of the company and expectations of the company

Easy and simple interview process. Found out very soon as well. Manager was good at the time. Not bad at all. Took a month from start to finish . Vetting was easy
