It is thorough - they conduct interview with different people in the organization for fit and skills. It seems like they take their time to make sure they have the right fit for the company and are not going to take just anyone which I think speaks highly of them. I enjoyed getting to meet with the different people in the company during the interview process and liked the behavioral assessment I took - it was really insightful. The interviews were not boring and flowed well - they were conversational and I got to know about the company as well as them learning about me.
