I got the interview invitation right the next day after I applied on Linkedin. The 1st interview is via phone, and the interviewer is quite approachable and friendly. First she asked some questions like: "Do you have driver's license", "Do you need sponsorship", etc before dig into personal experience questions. I'm an international student, so there may be some barriers for me to do a salesperson job. But still, the interviewer was willing to provide information regarding the position.

Really friendly interviewer, however they were not open to hiring people who may need visa sponsorship now or in the future. This meant that I was not able to proceed with the interview however I learned a lot about the company.
