A recruiter reached out about the position and I interviewed a few days later. Met with CFO and HR Manager discussing job duties and growth areas. Answered all of my questions very thoroughly without hesitation. They made an offer however the benefits in here are lousy at best and the majority of my would be pay increase would've been eroded in premiums and lost leave. They only provide 2 weeks of PTO here so do a cost analysis before jumping on board. Seems like a very rigid working environment.
