Our group was asked to introduce ourselves, and then after a few minutes of conversing, we were asked to introduce our neighbor. We were then asked something along the lines of why we applied for the position and why we would be good fits. Interviewers were very nice and friendly, occasionally sharing their past stories from the Fielder position which they started their careers in.

In the beginning they do some sort of brief orientation. Just to play with you & pretend like you already got the job. Give you a taste. You then go to another group depending on what position you applied for. Two women interviewers, fast questions. They don't smile if you smile.
