I gave interviews in April 2025. After an initial 30-minute conversation with the BI Manager, I was invited to a second-round interview with five team members. Following that, I was asked to schedule a third-round interview, which took place on a Monday. At the conclusion of that interview, I was informed that the team would reconvene later that afternoon and provide an update by that Friday. Since then, several weeks have passed without any communication or decision. I followed up twice to inquire about the status, but I have yet to receive any response. Given the time and effort invested in the interview process, the lack of follow-up is disappointing and unprofessional.

phone screen with hiring manager. initially asked about the salary and onsite requirements (duh). was asked about various technology experience. wasn't really interested in the position, good luck on trying to find a senior to do everything alone (train, dev ops, oncall, etc.) with such a low salary.
