It's awful. The HR person just dropped my call during the interview while I was sharing my experience. After that, I never received any calls or emails from the HR person. Instead, I wrote an email to ask if there was any connection issue or if she wanted to reschedule the interview politely. Since then, I still haven't heard anything back from her or the team. I might not be a fitting candidate, but I deserve respect. Super bad experience. That would also got me thinking how this company, especially HR team would treat other candidates. I have never seen such an unprofessional HR in a company. Seatseek should seriously consider their HR training.
