Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I asked for salary and additional information and it seemed like it would be worth pursuing, I sent in my resume and set up a time to chat. Recruiter never called me. Got ghosted before even getting an interview by the recruiter who reached out to me. Months later their position is still popping up on my LinkedIn.
