      Entrevista

      Really positive interview experience. First a phone screen with the recruiter, then two separate rounds of on-site interviews (each with two members of the team). Pretty standard interview questions in terms of background, interest in the position, etc. with some situational/behavioral questions mixed in. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to, and the recruiter/recruiting coordinator were great at keeping me updated throughout the process. Although I ultimately didn't get an offer, I left the whole process with a very positive view of the company and their recruiting process overall.

      Entrevista

      The interview process was quite extensive. I applied for the role through LinkedIn and approximately 5 days later was contacted for a 30 minute phone screening with the recruiter. On the day of the phone screening, I was contacted by the recruiting coordinator that the recruiter had to reschedule. The phone screening with the recruiter ran about 30 minutes. I walked through my background as well as what caught my interest in the role. She also asked for my salary expectations. The next step was a take home assignment that was due in 3 business days. The assignment hypothetically asked questions on walking an employee through making a self-service change in their HRIS system, thought process for offboarding, and 3 questions that were asked on their HR onboarding slack channel). I submitted the assignment and after following up with the recruiter, I moved to the next stage. The next stage consisted of 30 minutes with the International HRBP and 30 minutes with the hiring manager. Both conversations went great, and I was really excited the hiring manager listened carefully and gave positive remarks when going over my background. For the final round of interviews, the interview panel consisted of 5 minutes for a meet and greet with the recruiting coordinator, 30 minutes with the Director,HRBP, 30 minutes with the CEO, 45 minutes with the hiring manager and a 15 minute wrap up with the recruiter. All interviews seemed like they went well. The CEO was really easy to talk to. Three days after, I was rejected over email with a generic message. Given the time spent throughout the candidate experience, it would have been nice to receive a phone call with some feedback as to why I was not chosen.

      Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter for a brief phone interview. The interview process took about 30 minutes. I was asked very basic questions and was asked to talk more about my relevant experiences. It went fairly well.
