Entrevista
Having not been in an interview or application process of recent, I was not aware of the pre-application test. That booted me out of the system right away, and more than once. By the time I got to the end it said that they were persuing more applicants that match their expectations. I got rejected by a computer. No real human involved. I thought being honest is was what people and employers want. My experience was not bad, just left me confused at what they were looking for as a person of interest. Did the research and found out these new computer test are not compatible to who is a good and valuable worker. They let a computer instead of an actual human decide weather you are capable of doing a good job.

If I had been on welfare or food stamps in the last six months.
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time
The interview process can vary depending on the company and position, but here’s a general idea of what to expect:
1. Application Review: After applying, they’ll review your resume. If they’re interested, you’ll get a call or email to set up an interview.
2. Phone/Video Interview: A lot of places do an initial screening over the phone or via video call. They’ll ask about your background, why you're interested in the job, and how your skills fit the role. It’s usually a casual chat, but make sure to prepare by knowing the company and job description.
3. In-Person Interview: If you pass the initial screening
Fill application form to apply and wait few days before submitting it to the company. Had to provide personal documents and references from previous employers. Initially was interviewed on a phone.
