The interview was smooth , quick , simple and straightforward. The interview questions were more of a first time job, so just the basic. Overall the interview was not bad at all.

Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work for Sears?
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time
