Me postulé a través de un reclutador. Acudí a una entrevista en Sears (Chicago, IL) en ago 2014
Entrevista
Multiple interviews one after the other. Be prepared to answer lots of different questions. Some interviewers were very stern and asked specific skill-based questions. Some interviewers just wanted to get to know you. Some gave you the idea that they were looking for something or some type in particular; others didn't seem to care. Very nice people overall.

Entrevista
HR phone interview to start, then interview with hiring manager and finally their manager. More intense for Senior positions (AVP AND higher) where you need to interview with at least sSenior execs in addition

Nothing really unexpected in my interview - but of those questions a difficult one for me to answer was "what is your leadership style?"

Entrevista
It was easy they didn't ask anything hard and the people interviewing had no idea what they were talking about anyone. They were very generic in all the questions they asked, I remember thinking that this is actually comical, I would later find out that the ignorant person that question me would actually be my supervisor. It's a very sad environment and unless you're interviewed by Eddie Lampert or a EVP you won't be doing one bit of good.
