Interview questions were based solely on selling skills so they could figure out how well you would be able to strong arm customers into signing up for their credit card. Was told you must meet a certain number of credit apps per 1000 in sales or you would cease getting hours.

Tell me about a specific time when you talked someone into buying something?
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time

Fill application form to apply and wait few days before submitting it to the company. Had to provide personal documents and references from previous employers. Initially was interviewed on a phone.
