It was a group interview. We sat in almost a circle-like position and there were two people who interviewed us. The Interview was not at all what I was expecting. We ended up getting asked two questions- tell us about yourself and what's your availability. I expected more questions but after they asked those two questions, they kept some people and had the rest of us go saying they would call us to let us know if we were needed.

It was a very brief easy interview. I applied online as a seasonal candidate on 10/08/16 and exactly that same day received an online assessment to be completed. On 10/19/16 I received an email regarding interview slots, selected a time and day. When I showed up to the interview, I notified a young girl that was sitting down that I was there for an interview. She said she will let upper management know. I was sitting and waiting I noticed a short old lady very occupied answering the phones and talking to employees on her walkie. She approached and said she will be interviewing me and that she was the assistant manager. Throughout the interview, she seemed very uptight, she was asking me about my sales experience and at the end she explained to me about how critical it is to obtain credit and how the go backs never end. She explained she really liked and that she would prefer me being on the register than on the floor (I applied for a floor position), I declined her offer and stated I would stick to the floor since I already knew the whole credit deal. At the end, I was offered the position then invited for a drug screening the next day.
