I applied online and later that week I got a call for an interview. I went for an inteview and all the questions came straight from a packet. Overall basic questions mostly situational questions. At the end of the interview I was told I was hired and I will be emailed

I'm a 16 yo, with no experience and it went well i ended up getting the job, it was a group interview so IDK if ur Sears might have that. They talked about hours and how did you hear about the sears job,so if any teens want this job it could be good

I applied online through Sears.com. Recieved an e-mail a few days later, submitted forms and drug test. I did two 1:1 interview with 2 on duty managers got hired on the spot
